Booking & Reservations

Your available flight reservations are determined by your membership plan. Each destination requires a reservation. Individual Tier 1 Membership affords you 2 on calendar reservations at any time. Individual Tier 2 Membership affords you 4 on calendar reservations at any time. Corporate Tier 1 Membership affords 2 on calendar reservations per person at any time. Corporate Tier 2 Membership affords 3 on calendar reservations per person at any time. Once your trip is flown, your reservation will be reset allowing you to book your next flight.

We encourage you to be courteous to the Access Air community, and allow the full flying benefit to your fellow members. Accordingly, we encourage you to cancel if you know you’re not going to make it, so a seat may open up for another member who wishes to fly. In order for Access Air to manage availability effectively, it has a 48-hour minimum cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, your pre-paid destination fee is refundable to your account, and your reservation availability will be reset upon confirmation of your cancellation. If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, your pre-paid destination fee is non-refundable, and, once a trip is flown, your reservation availability will be reset. Of course, you’ll still be able to book and fly using any remaining available reservation(s) during that time.

Safety & Security

As part of each membership application, we are required to run a TSA background check on each prospective member. We also conduct thorough security checks on all members and guests before their first flight and support with unobtrusive onsite checks before boarding as needed.

Access Air uses aircraft maintained by an FAA Certified Repair Station with knowledge and experience in the aircraft. Access Air uses aircraft operated by fully certified FAA Air Carrier Certificate holders and checked and certified by the FAA.

In-Flight Experience

If Access Air cancels a flight, your pre-paid destination fee will be refunded, and your reservation availability will be reset.

Not currently, but our airports have complimentary WiFi service.

Members may bring multiple pieces of baggage so long as the total weight does not exceed 30 pounds and the total outside measurements do not exceed 44 linear inches. Additional baggage may be possible by contacting Access Air.

Yes. There is a small private restroom on each of our aircraft. Candidly, on an aircraft of this size, we recommend keeping it vacant and for emergency use only.

Access Air Experience

Access Air arranges reservations on a schedule for a fraction of the cost of unscheduled charter. We provide our members scheduled flight services to fixed destinations at a fixed price. Gone are the days of charting an aircraft at one very high price, only to find the actual price is even higher. If you fly Access Air regularly, you will get to know the pilots, the aircraft and the routes. For any flight operation, standardization of route, pilots and aircraft increases safety over on demand charter. We believe Access Air is less expensive and provides greater safety than a standard charter.

Commercial air travelers are accustomed to the complicated, cumbersome and expensive processes of the current flying experience. From tedious comparison-shopping to flight traffic and congestion at commercial airports to endless delays and crowded lines, commercial air travelers waste valuable time and money daily.
